Answering frequently asked questions (FAQ) on your website can actively inform visitors about your products and services, as well as relevant topics of interest. Even if they didn’t think to ask the questions, they can learn from the responses, which can pique their interest in what you have to offer and encourage them to purchase your product or service.

A well-written FAQ page will include questions that are relevant to the terms that people use to search on Google. The content of the answers you publish can also be adjusted to contain relevant keywords and phrases that people who are interested in what you have to offer are looking for, potentially increasing your visibility through search engine searches.

Each FAQ page should be simple to navigate so that visitors can quickly get the information they need. Consider which questions will be most beneficial to your clients to have addressed. Avoid unnecessary details in your answers and keep them short and sweet. You can address specific issues in further depth on other pages of your site and link to those pages from short responses on your FAQ pages.

Finally, ensure that all of the information on your FAQ page is correct and up-to-date, and provide users with the option of contacting you if they have a question that is not answered on your website.
